Lead a dedicated client team day to day — coaching people, owning quality and the weekly KPI report, and being the client’s first point of contact.
What you'll do
- Run the daily rhythm of a client team
- Coach team members and give regular feedback
- Own quality, targets and the weekly KPI report to the client
- Be the client’s first point of contact for the team
- Hire and train new team members with us
What you bring
- Experience leading a support, operations or technical team
- Fluent English; another client language is a plus
- Comfortable with numbers and reporting
- Calm under pressure and direct with feedback
- A track record of improving how a team works
