Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data Illyrian Talent collects through this website, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Illyrian Talent is a trading name of Stefora Group, based in Tirana, Albania. Stefora Group is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry
Your name, work email, company (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
When you send your CV
Your first name, surname, email, phone number (optional), the position you are applying for, your CV file, and a record that you gave consent.
With every form you send
Your IP address, the country your connection comes from, your browser's user-agent string, and the time. We use these to detect abuse and to limit repeated submissions.
When you browse the site
For each page view we record the page, the website you came from (its domain only), the country your connection comes from, and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. We do not store your IP address for page views, and we use no tracking or advertising cookies. These statistics cannot be used to identify you.
When you contact us directly
If you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email us, that conversation is also handled by the provider you chose, under its own privacy terms.
Why we use it
- Enquiries — to reply to you and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- CVs — to consider you for current and future roles. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Request details sent with forms — to keep the site secure and stop spam. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
- Page statistics — to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site.
We do not sell your personal data. Your CV is used by our recruitment team, and we will ask you before sharing it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
- CVs and candidate details — up to 12 months from when you send them, then deleted. Sooner if you ask.
- Enquiries — up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If we go on to work together, for as long as the contract and our legal obligations require.
- Request details sent with forms — for as long as the submission they belong to.
- Page statistics — up to 13 months.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this website and stores form submissions, CV files and page statistics. Cloudflare runs a global network, so data may be processed outside Albania and the European Economic Area.
- Resend — delivers the internal email that tells our team a form was sent, when that is switched on.
Where your data leaves Albania or the European Economic Area, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses to protect it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your data
- restrict or object to how we use it
- send your data to you or another organisation in a portable format
- withdraw your consent for us to keep your CV — this does not affect anything we did before

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Albania, the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data; in the European Union, the authority in your country; in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Cookies
The public website sets no cookies. Our staff admin area uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep team members signed in; visitors never receive it.
Security
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Submissions and CV files are stored privately and are not publicly reachable; only authorised staff can see them, after signing in.
Changes
When we change this policy we update this page and the date at the top.
